Leveraging an extensive background in Dallas, Texas, real estate, Maria Stamolis delivers transactional and capital raising solutions at Lincoln Property Company in sectors such as industrial, retail, multi-family, and medical office. Maria Stamolis also serves as adjunct professor with the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Real Estate Impact Fund practicum and is on the Real Estate Impact Fund’s investment committee. In addition, she is a Folsom Institute Advisory Board Member with the Cox School of Business at SMU. Ms. Stamolis’ experience includes a role with R&B Realty Group/Oakwood Worldwide as vice president of asset management in the late 1990s. Reporting directly to the company chairman and division head, she guided strategic elements of a $1.5 billion portfolio spanning more than 50 properties. Activities she coordinated with internal teams included property management, construction, accounting, leasing, and corporate services. Leading a team of 40, Ms. Stamolis guided investments and managed assets for Canyon Partners Real Estate from 2006 to 2022. Holding a voting position on the firm’s investment committees, she worked with $21 billion in investments during her tenure and managed strategies and partnerships spanning multiple property types across the Western United States.
